All rentals on DashDrives include comprehensive insurance coverage. Vehicle owners are protected up to $1 million in liability, and renters are covered for damage and theft with a small deductible.
If a vehicle is damaged during rental, the renter should report it immediately through the app. Our insurance will cover the repairs, subject to the renter's deductible. We have a 24/7 support team to assist with any incidents.
Renters pay through our secure platform when booking a vehicle. Vehicle owners receive their earnings via direct deposit within 3 business days after the rental is completed.
